Teaching English as an Additional Language Specialist

Our school is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching English as an Additional Language (EAL) Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a talented educator who will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons aimed at students learning English as an additional language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating engaging educational content and teaching materials tailored to the needs of EAL learners.
• Delivering high-quality lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Assessing student progress, identifying areas for improvement, and providing targeted support.
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective EAL programs.
• Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes linguistic and cultural diversity.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Lesson Planning and Education with a focus on EAL instruction.
• Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills for working with students, teachers, and parents.
• Experience in Training and Professional Development, particularly in EAL methodologies.
• Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a school community, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
• Relevant teaching qualifications and experience required, preferably in an international school setting.
