About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AI Model Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, training, and fine-tuning large language models using techniques such as prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based architectures.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize LLM-based solutions for our clients.
  • Maintain high-quality code in Python and SQL, focusing on reusable components, scalability, and performance best practices.
  • Work closely with product owners, data scientists, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver impactful AI products.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in building Machine Learning models & systems.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in how LLMs work & Generative AI techniques particularly prompt engineering, RAG, and agents.
  • Expert proficiency in programming skills in Python, Langchain/Langgraph and SQL.
  • Understanding of Cloud services from Azure, GCP, or AWS for building GenAI applications.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business SMEs.
