Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize airport workflows.
  • Utilize industry knowledge and trends to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for crew management, baggage handling, and load management.
  • Schedule, track, and optimize crew resources for efficient utilization.
  • Monitor and operate automated baggage handling systems.
  • Generate flight load sheets, baggage reports, and advance passenger information systems data.
  • Identify and resolve incidents and problems using incident management and problem management tools.
Requirements:
  • Available to work in 24x7 shifts.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other standard desktop applications.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capacity to meet stringent SLAs.
