Accounting Role Overview
Key Responsibilities- Preparation of monthly management accounts including profit and loss account and balance sheet in line with Group set deadlines.
- Regular evaluation of assigned balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis.
- Review of monthly revenue recognition & work in progress calculations, assisted by Senior Financial Accountant and Manager.
- Examination of data entry, control accounts, reconciliations and processes by AR & AP staff.
- Monthly payroll review and support as required.
- Ownership of entities' local Audits (with support from Manager).
- Finance projects involvement as required.
- VAT reporting.
- Regulatory reporting for specific jurisdictions.
- Supporting the team of accountants on ad-hoc tasks and project work.
We seek candidates with partial qualifications in accounting seeking to obtain full professional qualification. Key attributes include:
- A strong attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and excellent verbal & written communication.
- Strive to continually improve and deliver quality.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Results-driven, self-motivated and resourceful.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage change successfully.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is desired, along with excellent analytical skills.
