We manage everything from bookkeeping and compliances to audit, taxation, legal agreements, and CFO services. Our clients span various industries including manufacturing, hospitals, digital marketing, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, TDS, and income tax to minimize client liabilities.
  • Review and finalize financial statements as per accounting standards to provide transparent financial reporting.
  • Prepare and file tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and companies in a timely manner.
  • Provide tax planning and advisory support to clients to optimize their tax positions.
  • Guide junior team members and interns to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Work closely with management to ensure quality and timely delivery of client requirements.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – newly qualified or up to 3 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of audit procedures, tax laws, GST, and income tax provisions to stay updated on regulatory changes.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Zoho, or other accounting platforms to leverage technology-driven solutions.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact directly with clients to build strong relationships.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven professional who wants to grow with the firm.
