About this Position

We are seeking a talented Lead Automation Test Engineer to develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test automation strategies for our software applications. You will leverage your expertise in test automation frameworks, APIs, and UI testing tools to deliver high-quality products on time.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute automated test scripts using Playwright and other relevant tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, design test plans, and implement test automation solutions.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to test automation and API integration.
  • Maintain test data, ensure data integrity, and optimize test environments for efficient execution.
  • Collaborate with the development team to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Optimize test execution, eliminate flaky tests, and ensure smooth deployments.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance test automation efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Requirements:
  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with modern UI automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Appium, or Cypress.
  • Solid understanding of API testing, version control systems, and test lifecycle management.
  • Experience with CI/CD systems like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, or Locust.
  • Proficiency in writing, maintaining, and debugging automated test scripts.
