Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary Technology Architect to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge tech stack.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you will:

  • Build core systems from scratch (backend, APIs, orchestration engines, infra).
  • Shape architecture decisions that will define the future of urban logistics.
  • Move fast from pilot to scale (500 riders → 50,000 riders).
  • Work across the stack: backend (Go, Python, Node), infra (AWS, Terraform, Redis, OSRM), and app integrations (React Native, APIs).
  • Influence technical culture, standards, and early team-building.

This is not a pure 'developer' role — it's an opportunity to be a co-creator of the platform.


Key Responsibilities

You will own and build services like Orchestrator, droneAI APIs, and rider ops tooling. You will deploy and manage AWS infra (RDS, Redis, OSRM servers, ECS/Fargate, VPCs, CI/CD pipelines). You will productionize demand prediction, rider assignment, and fleet balancing models. You will translate architecture into production code, keeping things simple and reliable.


Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience building and shipping backend systems (Go and Python strongly preferred).

• Strong grasp of distributed systems, microservices, and API design.

• Experience with AWS stack: EC2, RDS/Postgres, Redis, networking basics (VPC, NAT, IGW).

• Comfort with DevOps (Terraform, GitHub Actions, Docker, ECS).

• Bonus: Geospatial systems (H3, OSRM, Redis Geo), real-time platforms, or ML inference integration.

• Entrepreneurial mindset: excited about ownership, ambiguity, and speed over perfection.
