Job Overview

We are seeking a Cost Management Specialist to work across our diverse verticals to help establish robust financial systems, project margin tracking, and reporting frameworks. This is a foundational finance role that supports leadership in pricing, profitability analysis, and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain job-wise and vertical-wise cost sheets to track material, labor, transport, and overheads per project.
  • Allocate shared costs across business verticals using advanced budgeting techniques.
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to validate cost data and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Support the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for costing modules and provide training to stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular cost reports for leadership to inform business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong grasp of cost accounting principles and experience in project-based or rental-driven businesses.
  • Advanced Excel and cost reporting skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Understanding of logistics, inventory, and shared cost allocation concepts.
  • CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) certification preferred, with 3–6 years of experience in cost accounting.
