Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Learning & Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-impact training sessions, leading end-to-end learning programs, and developing trainers for consistent delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR or L&D, with a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in the field. They will also possess excellent facilitation, program management, and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to inspire, coach, and drive continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Delivering and overseeing high-impact training sessions across locations
  • Leading end-to-end learning & engagement programs with clear KPIs
  • Mentoring, coaching, and developing trainers for consistent delivery
  • Consolidating training data, tracking KPIs, and reporting insights
  • Engaging stakeholders, aligning programs strategically, and mitigating risks
  • Leading a team of Learning & Development staff to delegate and achieve the annual L&D goals
  • Developing, designing, and delivering new training modules
  • Conducting Learning needs gap analysis and defining training needs
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree (HR preferred)
  • 8–10 years' experience in L&D or HR
  • Strong facilitation, program management & stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to inspire, coach, and drive continuous improvement
