Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

  • Detailed manual test cases and plans based on requirements and user stories for Marketing Cloud data.
  • Perform functional regression integration UI and exploratory testing of software applications.
  • Identify document and report defects in the issue tracking system, collaborating with developers for timely resolution.
  • Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems related to Marketing Cloud interactions.
  • Work closely with the QA automation team to identify test cases for automation and provide manual testing support where necessary.
  • Cross-functional teams ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Provide feedback on usability and advocate for the end-user experience.
  • Document and provide clear reports on testing activities and project quality status.
  • Follow established QA Best Practices.
  • Create positive and negative test cases following provided requirements.
  • Set priority, root cause, and assignee for reported issues, updating the issue when new relevant information is received.
  • Identify missing information and request clarification.
