As a Data Engineer, you will have a direct impact on our tooling/development cycles/testing frameworks. You'll work with a high-energy team that's scaling across all engineering functions. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Processing data according to guidelines.
  • Developing reports and analyses.
  • Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
  • Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems.
  • Identifying and developing data pipelines to support data standardization.
  • Handling multiple sources of data, structuring large data sets to find usable information, and creating standardized schema.
  • Visualizing data using graphs, infographics, data dumps, cohorts, heat maps, clusters, and other methods.

Key Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong skills in problem-solving using large amounts of data.
  • Good knowledge of databases and SQL concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques.
  • Reporting and data visualization skills.
  • Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
