Deal Support Specialist

Caprae Capital Partners is a cutting-edge private equity firm driven by the vision of its serial tech entrepreneur leader, Kevin Hong.

Kevin has successfully founded two startups reaching $31M ARR and $7M revenue. The fund's origin story involves additional tech entrepreneur partners who achieved exits to Twitter and Square.

The team comprises an ex-Nasa software engineer and an ex-Chief of Staff from Google. They seek like-minded individuals to disrupt the finance industry and join a mission-driven organization.

This role offers the opportunity to work from the ground level, take on a leadership position in the internship program, and transition into a paid position.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Investor Accounts
  • Act as primary contact for investor clients evaluating or acquiring businesses.
  • Coordinate Diligence Activities
  • Ensure smooth information flow between sellers, investors, and internal teams.
  • Track Deal Progress
  • Monitor acquisition timelines, investor activity, and deal milestones using CRM tools.
  • Provide Light Financial Review
  • Assist with reviewing CIMs, financial summaries, and business profiles; coordinate follow-ups with internal finance or diligence teams.
  • Maintain Accurate Records
  • Update and manage investor-related data and communications in CRM and reporting tools.
  • Ensure High-Quality Communication
  • Help prepare investor updates, responses, and reports.
