Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in workshops to gather and analyze client business requirements related to HR processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, fostering effective communication and collaboration to drive project success.
  • Configure and test SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Time Management, Payroll (India), Employee Self-Service (ESS), and Manager Self-Service (MSS).
  • Develop detailed blueprints for HCM processes, streamlining workflows and improving overall efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct user training workshops and provide ongoing support to end-users, ensuring seamless adoption of new systems.
  • Effectively handle day-to-day client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Essential Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM platform, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Expertise in Hindi language is mandatory, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to conduct workshops and present complex information clearly and concisely, with strong problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience working with Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) would be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA would be beneficial in driving innovation and process improvements.
