Program Manager Nutrition

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager for our Nutrition team. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the development, evaluation, and management of nutrition-focused proposals and grants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing strategic pipeline building and RFP development strategies to secure funding for nutrition projects;
  • Evaluating relevant concepts and proposals for grantmaking and providing recommendations;
  • Supporting program teams in conducting desk reviews and ground assessments to identify potential needs;
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional units to achieve project goals;
  • Creatings high-quality content for mixed audiences, including case studies, reports, concept notes, pitch decks, articles, and blog posts.

Requirements:

  • A PhD or Master's degree in Public Health Nutrition, Food and Nutrition Sciences, Community Health, Global Health, Public Health, or related disciplines;
  • Five to ten years of experience in public health nutrition, food, and related program development, research, and policy;
  • Experience in research and program evaluation, landscaping, situation analysis, curating problem statements, theory of change, logical framework analysis, and similar frameworks;
  • Skilled in proposal development or assessment, budget reviews, and organizing small to mid-size consultations;
  • Excellent communication skills with command over spoken and written English and Hindi, knowledge of grassroots realities and social complexities, and understanding of using theory of change-based program design and management.
