Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Professional to join our team in New Delhi. This is a full-time on-site role responsible for business development, customer engagement, and sales volume generation in North India.

About the Role:

This position involves identifying new customers, developing market strategies, and utilizing excellent communication and sales skills to achieve business objectives.

  • Business Development: Identify and engage new customers in North India, preferably in Rajasthan, Haryana, Delhi, Punjab, U.P & M.P
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and develop effective marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Sales: Utilize proven sales skills and customer service expertise to generate sales volume and meet business targets

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Experience in Market Research and developing Marketing Strategies
  • Proven Sales skills and Customer Service expertise
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
