Job Title: Lead Software Engineer – Fullstack AI

Overview: We are looking for an experienced software engineer to design and deliver scalable applications. This role combines development with Generative AI, LLMs, and ML expertise. You will lead system design, development, and deployment of secure and high-performing AI solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end development of applications.
  • Build and integrate LLMs, RAG systems, and AI agents.
  • Develop APIs and backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask).
  • Create modern, interactive UIs with React.js / Next.js.
  • Work with relational & NoSQL databases, vector databases, and async processing.
  • Deploy solutions on cloud platforms with Docker/Kubernetes & CI/CD pipelines.
  • Apply ML techniques for structured data (classification, forecasting, anomaly detection).
  • Mentor team members, review code, and ensure best practices.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years in Fullstack Development + AI/ML.
  • Strong in Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and React.js/Next.js.
  • Proven expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering).
  • Solid foundation in traditional ML (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Cloud, CI/CD, and containerization experience.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and system design skills.

Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of AI safety, explainability (LIME, SHAP).
  • Experience with multimodal AI or edge AI.
  • Prior leadership of AI/ML projects and mentoring teams.
