Job Title: Creative Visual Storyteller

    A full-service digital marketing company seeks a skilled Graphic Designer to craft engaging visuals and videos for brands across industries. This creative role requires designing social media creatives, cover pictures, banners, and ad graphics, as well as motion graphics and video creation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop unique concepts and designs for social media platforms, adapting to platform-specific formats and sizes.
  • Design icons, website banners, infographics, and brand elements, supporting web/UI projects with custom-designed graphics.
  • Deliver print-ready materials, including flyers, brochures, logos, posters, t-shirts, and corporate identity kits.
  • Create explainer videos, social media promos, ad creatives, and product demos, editing raw video footage and applying motion graphics, transitions, and effects.
  • Use AI-powered video tools to generate engaging video content based on provided scripts and contexts, and apply color correction, audio editing, and sound design to enhance quality.
  • Organize and manage video assets efficiently for quick access.
  • Leverage AI tools to speed up design and video creation workflows, stay updated with design, social media, and AI-driven creative trends, and recommend new AI-driven tools to improve creative output.
  • Respond quickly to urgent client changes, work closely with the content, social media, and web teams for integrated campaigns, and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in design and motion graphics, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign) and AI creative tools for design and video.
  • A strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Knowledge of social media design trends and platform-specific requirements.
  • The ability to conceptualize and execute engaging visuals and videos.
  • Knowledge of 3D animation software is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding, video editing, and motion graphics.
  • The ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
