About the Role

We seek an experienced technical leader with expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud to spearhead our engineering practices.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic technical leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Design and implement the platform architecture
  • Mentor junior developers and guide them towards excellence
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define technology roadmaps
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and best practices

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of experience in core Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot
  • Hands-on experience with web services standards, HTTP, Spring, XML, JSON, and REST
  • Solid understanding of database technologies, SQL, and JPA
  • Experience with creating REST APIs and working with JSON
  • Strong background in Spring Boot, JSON, and RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with AWS and queuing systems is a plus
  • Proven track record of managing junior developer teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
