Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive test plans for Guidewire BillingCenter Integration and Conversion functions.
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced cross-functional Agile ScrumSAFe work environment to deliver high-quality results.
  • Work with subject matter experts and test managers to define and review test requirements, strategies, and plans.
  • Design and execute manual and automated test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures to ensure seamless testing.
  • Establish and oversee quality assurance processes, including metric tracking and tool utilization such as Jira ALM.
  • Develop SQL scripts to query databases effectively.
  • Test integrations using tools like SOAP UI, Postman, etc.
  • Review functional specifications developed by Business Analysts in the form of User Stories, process flows, use cases, data mappings, leveraging tools such as JIRA Confluence Rally.
  • Conduct user story demonstrations at the end of each sprint release.
  • Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies, daily stand-ups, sprint planning reviews, and retrospective sessions.
  • Experience working on automation testing tools like Selenium UFT RPA tools is an asset.
  • Exposure to Behavior-Driven Development BDD testing.
Technical Skills
  • Experience in web service testing tools such as SOAP UI, XML, JSON, POSTMAN.
  • Testing components like Policy Premium testing, Product designer underwriting rules, etc.
  • Proficient in Test Management Tools: JIRA, HPQC, VSTS, TFS.
  • Knowledge of Selenium, QTP, Ranorex, Excel Macro using VB Scripting or any other Test Automation Tool.
  • Awareness of Test Automation and ability to identify points of value in processes.
  • Knowledge of both Manual and Automation testing skills.
