Financial Analyst - Revenue Management


This role supports the identification and recording of revenue for the client partnership team.


The Financial Analyst will collaborate with the Business Performance & Analysis Manager to ensure that revenue is accurately recorded and efficiently processed.


The success of this role demands a thorough understanding of the revenue cycle, ensuring timely and accurate recognition of revenue opportunities.


Main responsibilities include:


  • Collaborating with the Business Performance & Analysis Manager to guarantee comprehensive revenue understanding.
  • Exploring avenues to enhance process efficiency from a booking perspective, utilizing accountancy skills to support ledger-based analysis.
  • Delivering monthly results and providing valuable analysis and insights to stakeholders.
  • Adapting to changing processes and requirements.

Operational management tasks include:


  • Timely booking of actuals on a monthly basis.
  • Maintaining adherence to monthly reporting deadlines.
  • Preparation of analysis and reporting of actuals for the Business Performance & Analysis Manager.
  • Evaluation of risk factors in relation to regulatory compliance (JSOX).
  • Continuously seeking improvements and automation opportunities within the process.

Leadership duties involve:


  • Demonstrating self-leadership by taking initiative and upholding professional conduct.
  • Fostering collaboration with colleagues across the finance team and beyond.
  • Contributing actively to the growth of knowledge and capability within the broader team.

Responsibilities regarding governance and risk encompass:


  • Promptly addressing any deviations from legal or regulatory standards while maintaining ongoing compliance.
  • Upholding the company's reputation through diligent adherence to ethical principles.

Requirements for the position include:


  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in financial roles, preferably within multinational corporations.
  • Possession of an accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
  • Profound understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Excellent technical finance skills.
  • Capacity to participate in business process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software systems.
  • Outstanding numerical and analytical skills.
