Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently under pressure, and possess a high level of attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from guests, providing accurate information about hotel services and policies.
  • Process and confirm all reservations, enquiries, and special requests in accordance with established company standards.
  • Educate guests on the hotel's philosophy and wellness offerings while addressing their individual needs.
  • Communicate effectively with the Front Office, Sales, and Wellness teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Generate reports related to reservations, occupancy, and revenue as needed.
  • Work efficiently under pressure and handle high volumes of work during peak periods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests to encourage repeat visits.
  • Assist guests with reservation bookings via phone and email, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained in the Property Management System (PMS) & CRM.
  • Follow up and engage with guests throughout their journey at the hotel to enhance their overall experience.
