ROLE: SCADA Engineer

Experience Range: 5 TO 10 Years

We seek an experienced OT System Specialist to manage and support Control systems focusing on Allen Bradley PLCs and AVEVA SCADA platforms. The role involves system troubleshooting, maintenance, programming, diagnostics, and coordination with OEMs and IT teams to ensure high availability and performance of the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement PLC programs for automation systems using industry-standard PLC platforms with a strong background in Allen Bradley.
  • Design, configure, and integrate PLC systems with other automation components such as sensors, drives, HMI, SCADA, and IO modules.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to PLC, SCADA programs, logic, hardware, and communication between systems.
  • Perform system integration testing and validation of migrated SCADA systems.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues Related to SCADA System Migration.
  • Perform system testing and debugging ensuring that PLC controlled SCADA systems are operating according to specifications and requirements.
  • Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases of projects, offering ongoing support to clients for troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC SCADA systems.

  • PLC: Allen Bradley
  • SCADA: Wonderware, Invensys
  • PLC Languages: Ladder Logic, FBD, STL, Structured Text
  • Communication Protocol: PROFINET, PROFIBUS, DNP3, Modbus, Modbus TCP/IP, and Ethernet IP
  • OPC, Kepware Configuration, Knowledge on Database, VBScripting
