About the Role

We are seeking a talented ECM Analytics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ECM Analytics principles and be able to collaborate with multiple teams to improve project methodologies and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multiple teams to understand, document, and enhance project methodologies.
  • Plan, design, code, and execute tests, including user interfaces, business logic, and data access based on application needs.
  • Test, automate, troubleshoot, and evaluate software components.
  • Assist teams in resolving technological roadblocks and identify issues or anomalies in large sets of data using SQL queries and statistical sampling methods.
  • Utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to identify errors and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Develop and manage quality control activities, including checklist templates, while integrating new ideas for increased efficiency.
  • Create and review standard operating procedures and manage documentation effectively.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and diagnosis, implement controls, and communicate findings to leadership teams.
  • Generate efficient reports on defect status and track individual/team progress.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science preferred, or a similar technical discipline, or comparable industry experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in manual and automation testing for a service/product organization.
  • 5-7 years of experience with Selenium and Java, including testing APIs using Rest Assured/Postman.
  • Ability to write reusable code and develop/maintain test automation frameworks.
  • Experience in automated software test development with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of test planning, test data management, and test management tools.
  • In-depth understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle, and processes.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent complex activities in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.
  • Ability to identify project risks and escalate issues in a timely manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal teams and clients.

Preferred:

  • Experience in JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working on Agile projects.
  • Experience with Microsoft Account for Agile/Cloud-based web applications.
  • Knowledge of performance testing tool qualifications.
