Chief Accounting Officer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct the day-to-day operations for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams, including vendor payments, collections, and reconciliation activities.
- Oversee the end-to-end AR/O2C process, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing billing or payment concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to a team of accounts receivable clerks or specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular reviews and analysis of accounts receivable processes, systems, and procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement and enforce effective credit and collections policies to ensure timely payment from customers.
- Monitor cash flow by analyzing accounts receivable aging reports and developing strategies to minimize bad debt.
- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, metrics, and KPIs for management and financial reporting purposes.
- CA degree with 4-6 years of experience in B2B settings.
- IFRS/Ind-AS expertise is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making mentality.
