Visual Designer

Job Description:

As a Visual Designer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life through striking visual elements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop high-quality static creatives for digital, print, and outdoor campaigns that captivate audiences.
  2. Conceptualize and visualize branding elements for brochures, hoardings, social media, website banners, and event collaterals that reflect our brand's values.
  3. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand creative briefs and deliver effective design solutions that meet business objectives.
  4. Work closely with the content team to ensure design consistency across all media platforms and projects.
  5. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.

You will work on developing innovative designs that resonate with our target audience and reflect our brand's identity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or Visualizer, preferably in advertising agencies or digital marketing firms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy to create compelling designs.
  • Experience with branding, campaign creatives, and social media graphics is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills to ensure timely delivery.
