Job Title: Senior Creative Producer
Our organization is seeking a creative producer with strong expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and AI-native workflows. The role involves creating engaging learning videos, promotional content, explainers, and campaign assets by combining editing, design, animation, and next-gen AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Edit and produce high-quality videos across learning, promo, and campaign formats.
- Design and animate motion graphics, infographics, and explainer elements.
- Use AI tools to enhance workflows.
- Convert scripts and briefs into engaging video narratives.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketing/product teams.
- Balance speed, quality, and scale while innovating with AI + animation techniques.
- 8–10 years of professional experience in video editing and motion design.
- Strong portfolio of edited videos and animations (explainers, promos, learning content, campaigns).
- Proficiency in industry tools: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve (Blender/Cinema4D a plus).
- Proven hands-on experience with AI tools for video and animation (Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, Adobe Firefly, etc.).
- Strong storytelling ability and visual design sense.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
