Software Testing Specialist

About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Software Testing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our software solutions.

Your expertise in SAP SD-L3, test management tools, and best practices in software testing will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects. You will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive testing plans to validate SAP sales and distribution processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to share functional knowledge and develop scripts, managing and maintaining various testing KPIs, and training and mentoring resources on testing best practices and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute testing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Prepare and present detailed test reports to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with automation team to share functional knowledge and develop scripts
  • Manage and maintain testing KPIs to ensure continuous improvement in testing and validation processes
  • Train and mentor resources on testing best practices and methodologies

Requirements:

  • Expertise in SAP SD-L3 and experience in SAP testing
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in coordinating with business analysts, ABAB teams, and functional analysts
  • Experience in working together with automation teams in sharing functional knowledge and script development
