Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

This role involves working with clients to ensure their cloud infrastructure remains operational.

Responsibilities include proactively monitoring, identifying, investigating, and resolving cloud-based incidents, service requests and alerts.

The primary objective of this role is to review client requests or tickets and apply technical/process knowledge to resolve them without breaching service level agreements (SLAs).

Key skills required for this role include experience in managing and maintaining Citrix systems, expertise on Citrix Cloud, and knowledge of VMWare Horizon View, Azure VDI, and Microsoft FSlogix.

Certifications such as CCA-V / CC-VAD-CC / CCP-V are highly desirable.

Job Requirements:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in managing and maintaining Citrix systems
  • Expertise on Citrix Cloud
  • Knowledge of VMWare Horizon View, Azure VDI, and Microsoft FSlogix
  • Certification: CCA-V / CC-VAD-CC / CCP-V
