  • The role is focused on ensuring the quality, stability and performance of trading systems, with a primary emphasis on the Endur tool used for energy and commodities trading.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and execute QA activities on the Trading Platform, focusing on ensuring the functionality, performance and stability of the platform across various environments.

This involves owning and managing the QA lifecycle for the trading platform, including planning, test case development, execution and defect management.

You will work closely with trading and IT teams to understand system requirements, user needs and business processes to identify critical areas for testing.

Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive test plans and strategies for Endur and related tools, collaborating with business analysts and developers to ensure proper testing coverage and mentoring junior QA team members.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in QA within trading or financial platforms, with a focus on testing complex trading systems and strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Endur or similar trading platforms.

In addition, the candidate should have experience working with test automation frameworks, familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies and strong communication skills with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams.

Professional attributes required include adaptability, self-motivation and attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritize workload under pressure.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of Endur experience.
  • Extensive experience in QA within trading or financial platforms.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Endur or similar trading platforms.
  • Experience working with test automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
