As a Medical Illustrator, you will play a pivotal role in creating accurate and visually compelling medical and scientific illustrations that communicate complex concepts with clarity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality 2D/3D medical and surgical illustrations, anatomical drawings, and journal cover visuals that meet the highest standards of accuracy and design quality.
  • Collaborate with scientific writers and clients to understand technical content and translate it into precise and impactful visuals that meet their needs.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in representing scientific and medical subjects through meticulous research and attention to detail.
  • Work on a wide variety of projects, including medical figure enhancements, journal covers, graphical abstracts, and educational diagrams that showcase your creativity and expertise.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining design excellence through efficient project management skills.
  • Verify the accuracy of every deliverable by reviewing source material and verifying details to ensure the highest level of scientific integrity.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of professional experience as a Medical Illustrator (or related role in scientific/medical visualization) with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Medical Illustration, Biomedical Visualization, Life Sciences, or related fields with a focus on anatomy, physiology, and medical concepts.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop with experience in 3D illustration tools such as Blender, Cinema4D, ZBrush, or equivalent.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines with precision and focus while maintaining a high level of design excellence.
