About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Industry-Align Learning Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality, industry-aligned educational content for our online certificate courses and programmes.
The Industry-Align Learning Expert will be responsible for developing industry-aligned curricula under the guidance of senior faculty or programme directors. They will also teach and facilitate courses in certificate programs, focusing on delivering engaging learning experiences.
Additionally, they will grade assignments and assessments, providing timely feedback to students. They will participate in guest faculty coordination, helping ensure programme quality in collaboration with senior faculty.
To be successful in this role, the Industry-Align Learning Expert will need to stay up-to-date with developments and trends in relevant industries to ensure that courses reflect the most current practices, technologies, and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop industry-aligned curricula under the guidance of senior faculty or programme directors
- Teach and facilitate courses in certificate programs
- Grade assignments and assessments, providing timely feedback to students
- Participate in guest faculty coordination, ensuring programme quality
Requirements:
- Technical and hands-on expertise in one or more of the following areas: AI and business analytics, GenAI & NLP applications, full stack AI, MLOps, cyber security, cloud computing, DevOps, software application development
- Experience working with and delivering complex, large scale technology projects
- Relevant Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years' industry experience in the above areas
