Job Description:

As a Sports Content Editor, you will be responsible for creating high-quality sports content that captivates our audience. You will work closely with a skilled team of writers, editors, and content managers in a fast-paced newsroom to constantly refine and elevate the content we publish.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in English, Media/Journalism or similar discipline.
  2. 6-12 months of experience in sports content editing, proofreading, or any other similar role.
  3. Strong command of the English language and understanding of American culture.
  4. Ability to analyze article performance metrics and use insights to consistently elevate the quality of content.
  5. Basic understanding of SEO, including crafting engaging headings and subheadings.
  6. Passion for sports and eagerness to cover breaking news, live events, and in-depth analyses.

  • Timeliness is key – by staying on top of breaking news, you'll ensure our readers are always up-to-date as events unfold.
