Digital Marketing Role Overview
As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid marketing strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase ROI. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:    Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.     Analyze campaign performance data and create detailed reports to measure ROI and KPIs.     Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates.     Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).     Collaborate closely with the content, design, and development teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.     Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure optimal campaign performance.     Monitor competitor campaigns and identify new growth opportunities.Requirements    Proven experience as a Performance Marketer / Paid Marketing Specialist / Digital Marketing Specialist.    Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.    Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide insights.    Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Data Studio.    Strong understanding of conversion funnels, remarketing, audience targeting, and budget allocation.    Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.    Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.Why Join UsWork on diverse, high-impact projects.Collaborative and supportive work culture.Opportunities for professional growth and learning.
