As a Finance Planning and Analysis Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the company's success by analyzing and optimizing financial processes and providing strategic insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities and Major Duties

  1. Perform FP&A management reporting activities for regional and senior management consumption, including building budget, forecasting and projections for the markets.
  2. Provide effective analyses to clearly highlight key trends and variances, and prepare presentations for budget and projection reviews.
  3. Execute special projects and ad-hoc analysis to ensure highly effective outcomes, including collaborating with data owners and stewards to align on process and data issues.
  4. Support the development and execution of a global strategy for policies, processes, and technologies, and propose management reporting and forecasting improvement projects with a focus on delivering key business outcomes.

Supervisory Responsibility

As a Finance Planning and Analysis Operations Manager, you will have no direct reports, but will work closely with senior management and other teams to drive business outcomes.
