AI Finance Lead

This role involves providing strategic guidance on financial performance to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the finance charter, strengthening governance frameworks, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. With expertise in US GAAP/IFRS-based financial standards, tax compliance, and secretarial and legal contracts, you will maintain relationships with banking partners and payment gateways.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial models, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth.
  • Validate financial targets and establish budgetary controls to ensure efficient management of resources.
  • Manage monthly close, audits, and procurement processes to maintain transparency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand unit-level metrics and optimize business strategies.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant certification and 6+ years of overall experience, with 4 years in finance controllership/tax function.
  • Strong excel modeling skills and hands-on expertise in ERP Systems, process implementation, and technical accounting standards.
  • Clear understanding of Financial Planning, Financial Management, Budgeting, Forecasting, Compliances, Business Growth Strategy, etc.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders and work under pressure while ensuring quality output.
  • Excellent communication skills to express complex ideas in a concise manner.
