- Run test management processes (Test Strategy/Approach documentation, User Acceptance Testing, building test plans and scenarios)
- Prepare project reports (weekly updates, monthly status updates, highlighting risks, resource utilization)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of capital market products and derivatives
- Good knowledge of Market Risk domain with project experience in risk computation, limit management, and risk reporting
- Understanding of Basel norms (FRTB, Basel 2.5 standards)
- Ability to operate in agile and waterfall project methodologies
- Attention to detail and high quality documentation skills
- Experience in SDLC and proficiency in data analysis, virtualization, and BI solutions (SQL, Python, PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau)
- Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and documentation skills
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing plans and priorities
- Rigorous follow-ups on commitments to achieve results
