Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled technical-functional developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical and functional expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules. This role involves supporting the development and enhancement of HCM applications, collaborating with HR and IT teams to improve system functionalities, and ensuring the successful integration of solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement customizations and enhancements for PeopleSoft HCM modules.
  • Work closely with functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of PeopleSoft applications to ensure quality and performance.
  • Support the maintenance of existing PeopleSoft HCM applications, including applying patches and updates.
  • Document system configurations, modifications, and processes for future reference.
  • Provide user support and training to ensure effective utilization of PeopleSoft functionalities.
