Osmoflo is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the Mechanical Design team in delivering high-quality water treatment solutions. This role will focus on developing and implementing innovative designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement detailed mechanical designs and associated documentation for projects, rentals & operations upgrades.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Proposals teams to provide design expertise and documentation as required.
- Lead the Mechanical Design team, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and productivity.
- Manage the performance of team members, conducting regular reviews and providing coaching and feedback.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive innovation initiatives to enhance design efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (essential).
- Certified Mechanical Drafting course (essential).
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent (desirable).
- Knowledge and experience with piping stress analysis and structural analysis (desirable).
- Certifications in vessel design, or piping design are an added advantage.
