Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Visual Communications Specialist to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design fundamentals, visual aesthetics, and an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Adapt master creatives into performance-friendly formats for digital platforms while maintaining brand identity.
- Ensure correct specifications, resolutions, and formats for each platform.
- Create high-quality adaptations for Point of Sale Materials (POSMs) including standees, danglers, posters, shelf strips, etc.
- Design and adapt packaging artworks and labels while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Prepare print-ready files with accurate die-lines, bleeds, and color profiles.
- Perform basic image correction and color balancing when required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent design skills with a focus on visual aesthetics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines precisely.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with quick turnarounds.
- Familiarity with pre-press processes and print production.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in a design or creative agency, or in-house brand team.
