Job Description

The role involves overseeing network infrastructure, ensuring its operational performance, and maintaining enterprise networks through appropriate technical network troubleshooting as needed.

Liaising with vendors, TAC, and support teams to identify problems, scope responsibility, and meet incident/problem management requirements is also part of the job.

Supervising network infrastructure changes, patch deployment, version upgrades, and fixes to meet vulnerability and change management requirements is another key aspect of this position.

Collaborating with Deloitte Global/Peer/Business teams and providing support for network incidents/requests are also essential duties.

Maintaining network inventory, documentation, and MIS reports to meet network operations processes/procedures is crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in Network Infrastructure Operations
  • Managing/supervising network support team experience
  • In-depth conceptual knowledge of Network Routing, Switching, Wireless & Security
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Routing/Switching/Wireless hardware platforms
  • Conceptual knowledge for Enterprise Firewall (Site/VPN tunneling) & QoS Traffic Shaping
  • In-depth Knowledge of Network monitoring/reporting/troubleshooting tools
  • Ability to work independently in a team environment and as a team leader
  • Well-versed with Network MIS & technical reports
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
