We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Security Managed Services Engineer.

About the Role

The Senior Security Managed Services Engineer will be responsible for providing proactive monitoring, identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems related to our clients' security infrastructures and systems.

This role requires strong technical knowledge and skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proactively monitor work queues to ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests.
  • Perform operational tasks to resolve incidents and requests within agreed service level agreements.
  • Update tickets with resolution tasks performed.
  • Identify, investigate, and analyze issues and errors prior to or when they occur.
  • Capture all required information for immediate resolution.
  • Provide second-level support to incidents, requests, and identify root causes of incidents and problems.
  • Communicate with other teams and clients for extended support.
Key Responsibilities

This role involves:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Moderate level of relevant managed services experience handling security infrastructure.
  • Moderate level of knowledge in ticketing tools preferably Service Now.
  • Moderate level of working knowledge of ITIL processes.
