We are seeking an experienced Financial Transaction Specialist who has a strong background in accounting principles and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate financial transactions, manage client billing and invoicing queries, and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions.

  • Billing and Invoicing: Prepare invoices accurately and promptly, following local regulations and standards.
  • Accounts Receivable and Collections: Monitor outstanding balances and collections, follow up with clients, and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes.
  • Finance and Accounting: Ensure accuracy of invoice financial transactions in the accounting system, coordinate with external parties, and ensure compliance with local filing requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience with an MNC.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
  • Competency in MS Office, spreadsheets, and accounting software.
