Job Description:

Seeking a seasoned Data Engineer to lead our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Big Data technologies, including Hadoop, NoSQL, Spark, Kafka, and others.

  • At least 1-2 years of production experience in GCP, with other cloud experience being a significant plus.

Responsibilities include deploying customers' workloads into GCP, providing guidance on cloud adoption models, service integrations, and recommendations.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

GCP experience is mandatory, with a strong background in data engineering. Other required skills include:

  • Effective use of Dataproc, Dataflow, Pubsub, Cloud Functions, Big Query, and GCS.
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud Composer, Cloud SQL, Big Table, and Cloud Function.
  • Hands-on expertise in either Python or Java programming.
  • Good understanding of GCP core services, including Google Cloud Storage, Google Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, and Cloud IAM.
