Cloud Architect PositionWe are seeking a skilled Cloud Architect to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS cloud engineering, Python development, and chaos experimentation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and validating resilient, scalable, and automated cloud-native environments using AWS Cloud Engineering principles.

Required Skills
  • AWS Cloud (certifications preferred: AWS DevOps Engineer/Solutions Architect)
  • Advanced Python development skills for automation and tooling (Boto3 a must)
  • Experience designing and running chaos experiments
  • Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - Terraform/CloudFormation
  • Proficiency in containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS)
  • Strong background in monitoring, observability, and incident management
  • Familiarity with DevOps toolchain (CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, GitLab, CodePipeline)

The selected individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive cloud adoption and provide strategic guidance on cloud-based initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement secure, scalable, and cost-efficient AWS infrastructure
  2. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform/CloudFormation and AWS SDKs
  3. Manage containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS)
  4. Build automation scripts, deployment utilities, and infrastructure tooling using Python
  5. Develop custom monitoring/alerting integrations with APIs, SDKs, and third-party observability platforms
  6. Implement self-healing and resilience-focused automation scripts
  7. Design and execute chaos experiments to validate system resilience

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies.
