Job Title

Our organization seeks a talented individual to drive the end-to-end design process for enterprise web applications.

This includes research and analysis, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and accessible design solutions that align with business objectives and enhance user experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create comprehensive design workflows for enterprise web applications from concept to delivery.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure user needs are met and business objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across products.
  • Design and implement user-friendly dashboards, forms, and reusable components that meet complex business requirements.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback cycles to validate design decisions.
  • Evaluate and recommend AI-enabled design tools to speed up design iterations and prototyping.

Requirements include 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with enterprise B2B or SaaS platforms. A strong portfolio demonstrating workflow-heavy enterprise web app design is also required.

A Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field is necessary. Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and modern product workflows would be an added advantage.
