Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Office Coordinator. As a key member of our team, this person will be responsible for maintaining a productive work environment, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional support to senior staff.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage reception duties, visitor handling, and customer service with professionalism and poise.
  • Oversee office equipment and supplies to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Provide administrative assistance to senior staff members, including data entry, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate communication within the office and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Support the digitization of office records and maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace that reflects positively on the organization.

Requirements

  • Possess strong skills in administrative assistance and office administration.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using office equipment and digital tools.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Show strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Display excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with digitization of office records and documentation processes is highly advantageous.
