Job Title: Creative Visual Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled creative visual specialist to deliver high-quality, visually appealing designs that meet our clients' needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent design skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a deep understanding of target audiences and marketing strategies.

About the Role:

As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating stunning and effective visual content, from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their marketing strategy and develop designs that promote their products and brands.

You will have a strong portfolio of creative work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.

Key responsibilities include producing beautiful and innovative designs for client websites, e-commerce pages, and social media channels, developing a deep understanding of target audiences and marketing strategies, pitching creative solutions in response to marketing strategies, and overseeing the preparation of all finished files.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in digital agencies.
  • Excellent design skills, including editing videos with animations, motion graphics & visual effects.
  • Deep affinity with layout, typography, and idea generation.
  • Strong Adobe CS skills.
  • Design trends - ideal but not essential.
  • Working knowledge of After Effects animation is a bonus.
  • On- and offline design experience with an emphasis on Digital.
  • Retouching experience and skills to mid-level.
  • Expertise in beauty and BPC brands.
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies.
