Sound Design Expert

We are seeking a skilled Sound Designer to join our team. As a key member of our production crew, you will be responsible for creating engaging sound effects and music tracks for academic video lectures.

Your primary focus will be on enhancing the overall audio experience by adding relevant SFX to animations, experiments, and props usage, cleaning up dialogue/narration audio, synchronizing audio with animations and edits, and managing music libraries and sound templates.

To succeed in this role, you must have primary proficiency in Logic Pro, Ableton Live or similar DAWs, with experience in editing and mixing audio content. Additionally, you should be proficient in Audition, with knowledge of its features and functionality.

The ideal candidate will have experience in syncing sound for educational or documentary content, including experiment demonstrations, animations, and transitions. A solid understanding of AI tools and platforms is also necessary, as you will be required to use them for improving productivity and creativity.

You will collaborate with video editors, operations, and academics to synchronize music and effects with visuals, compose short, catchy, non-intrusive background tracks for videos, and mix and master voiceovers with music/SFX to ensure clarity and professional sound quality.
