Job Summary

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for leveraging large language models and cutting-edge AI technologies to develop transformative solutions that enhance user experiences and streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI-driven systems that integrate Generative AI into our ecosystem, enabling personalized and intelligent digital experiences for global clients.
  • Employ data-centric methodologies to improve model accuracy and responsiveness by curating high-quality datasets and optimizing real-time performance.
  • Develop intelligent AI agents that solve complex business challenges, leveraging LLMs to deliver tailored applications for dynamic content creation, predictive analytics, and enhanced automation.
  • Advance Generative AI applications through innovative techniques like instruction tuning, domain adaptation, and reinforcement learning from human feedback.

Requirements

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or another quantitative or computational field.
  • Fine-tuning experience of Large Language models (LLMs, VLLMs, or Vision models).
  • Experience with frameworks like LangChain, Llamaindex for building maintainable, scalable Generative AI applications.
  • Deployment experience or optimized hosting experience of Large Language models (LLMs, VLLMs, or Vision models).
  • Experience working with any Vector database like Milvus, FAISS, ChromaDB etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset for collaboration across teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Self-starter who requires minimal oversight.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
