About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resiliency Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing resiliency-focused testing strategies for enterprise-grade applications and infrastructure.

This role involves developing comprehensive test plans, scripts, and scenarios that validate fault tolerance, system recovery, and high availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement resiliency-focused testing strategies for complex systems.
  • Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios to ensure high availability and system recovery.
  • Analyze test results to provide actionable insights and risk assessments to stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills
  • 5-8 years of experience in software testing, QA, or systems engineering with a focus on resiliency testing.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, networking concepts, and database management systems.
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Apache JMeter and Rational Performance Tester.
  • Proficiency in scripting/programming languages: Python and Java.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with DevOps, engineering, and infrastructure teams.
